The Alliance Disability awards gala is an annual event which inadvertently creates a call to action. A call that challenges individuals and institutions working within the disable community to do more while celebrating and appreciating the efforts that have been made.

The Alliance seeks to hand out six awards during this event. The Alliance Member of the year award, the Naomi B. Harris Awards, The Civil Society of the year award, the Government institution of the year award, the PWD of the year award and the OPWD of the year award.

The awards has no monetary implication, however, a plaque will be given to each award recipient in recognition of their work.
